Terracotta, the second track, finds its name in the Terracotta Army, the famous army of statues of the 1st Emperor of China’s 8000 soldiers, 130 chariots with 520 horses all unique. No statue is the same. One wonders how they came here and who made them. Could it be soldiers in cryogenic phase like the tardigrades?
Instruments used: Korg Triton analogue synth and Roland TR-8
Even more tunes to assault the club with, this time, with much more focus on deep encompassing bass, with very few distractions, save for two funky tracks from Borussia and, of course, The Phantom's Revenge. Can make for some very potential mash-ups and cross-overs in mixtapes.
Borussia gots me wrapped for this one. Cute lil' jam and vox, and classic vinyl scratching always gets me working round the house. DJ Home Movies
A great left-field comp from France, filled with very pulled-back 2step and dubby ghetto bass. Adds to one's arsenal of tunes to mix in between genres or spice the scene up. If you need songs of varying speeds, this one's the way to go. DJ Home Movies
